The R&B Mentorship Program was founded by the 2015-2016 R&B Co-Presidents, both of whom grew up in Detroit and wanted to give back to the city. Their vision was to connect Rossers with Detroit students through mentorship.
The Mentorship Program provides business education sessions to Detroit high school students. This program helps high school students understand what a business career entails and what sort of preparation is expected for business school at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Ross students will benefit from the opportunity to work closely with Detroit students, teach (in simplified form) what they are learning through coursework, and make a positive impact.
Applications to participate in the 2016-2017 Mentorship Program have closed for this year.
